Meet the Founder
Long before founding Phenomenal Js LLC, Janell Caldwell built her career in transportation.
Her experience spans passenger transportation, school transportation, freight, time-sensitive delivery, and professional driving, along with service in the U.S. Air Force in transportation and logistics. Across those environments, she saw the same operational reality again and again: when a driver, employee, document, specimen, or critical item has to leave the operation unnecessarily, time is lost.
Phenomenal Js grew from that understanding.
